Returns Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, we are happy to return or exchange any product returned in its original state, unused, in its original packaging with all labels still attached, enabling us to sell the product as new.
You must notify us of your intention to return unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase/receipt of goods (whichever is longer), in exchange for a full refund, with no penalty.

In case of cancellation, if the goods have already been dispatched and the goods are not faulty then the return delivery costs will be borne by you. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be borne by us.

Returns Procedure
The Furniture History Society cannot be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in the post, therefore we recommend you obtain proof of postage for any items returned to us.

Please allow 14 days for any refunds to be processed. Refunds will only be credited to the original method of payment.

Exchanges
If the reason for your return is to exchange and not for a refund, the Furniture History Society will accept your exchange, subject to availability, and this arrangement is only acceptable for UK members. Your replacement will be processed within 5 working days. All delivery costs will be borne by you.

Damaged Items
Any damaged items must be reported to the Furniture History Society quoting your order number, within 7 days. Therefore, please check your goods upon arrival.
